I joined the Trust as Chief Executive in June and have been inspired each day by the dedication and commitment of our colleagues. I am excited about the huge potential that our organisation has, to deliver our ambitious programme of recovery and transformation. This is a new role that comes at a critical time as we rebuild our Board and seek to deliver on our Improvement Plan, which outlines the steps we’re taking to address significant failings in our quality, safety and governance. We are already demonstrating significant progress and this position will be a crucial leadership role in our ongoing journey.
