Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust provides a wide range of inpatient and community-based mental health care to people living in Bolton, the city of Manchester, Salford and Trafford and a wide range of specialist mental health and substance misuse services across Greater Manchester and beyond. We are an ambitious organisation with an exciting future agenda of investment including a £72 million rebuild in North Manchester.  Our Director of Finance and IM&T will retire in March and we are seeking a progressive individual to join our high-performing board in this central and influential role.  This is a wide-ranging role with responsibility for leading financial strategy, partnering our service leads in delivering operational efficiencies and for providing insight and leadership in driving our exciting Digital agenda.  With a key role to play in promoting whole system working, this role will require a proactive approach to partnership with other providers as well as our regulators and commissioners. 

A strategic finance professional and leader of change, you will evidence a strong track record of innovation in large, complex organisations.  Comfortable in engaging a wide range of stakeholders including service users, clinical professionals, regulators, commissioners and partners you will further build our impact and reputation.  With service users and staff at the heart; your collaborative style will support the delivery of cost effective, efficient and digitally enabled services; maintaining our strong financial record and creating a vision for future opportunities.
